Financial Aid

In addition to Financial Aid, The College School offers Racial Equity Scholarships and Diversity Scholarships.

We know that independent school tuition can be expensive for any family. The College School is dedicated to equity and inclusion in our community; to make our program more accessible we offer need-based financial aid to qualifying families whose students are enrolled full-time.

Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application online and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS. You may submit your application online at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. There is a required non-refundable application fee of $40.

Once an online application is completed, the following information is required for FACTS to process your application:

  • Copies of your 2022 Federal tax return including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your 2022 W-2 forms for both you and your partner, if applicable.

All supporting documentation can be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to:

Once a student is accepted and a financial aid application is complete, we can award financial aid grants. The College School’s goal is to make tuition affordable to all admitted families. We encourage all families to apply for financial aid.

After being accepted to The College School, students receiving an aid award will receive an award letter from the school. Families can choose to accept the award by signing and returning the letter with their enrollment contract.

An application for financial aid needs to be resubmitted each year, as the pool of families receiving aid shifts over time. Sometimes, family financial circumstances change considerably (e.g. job loss, etc.). As a result, we ask families to re-apply for aid each school year.

For information on need-based financial aid or Racial Equity Scholarships, contact Jill Pampel, Director of Admissions and Marketing.
