Allison serves The College School as Visual Arts Specialist. She previously taught classes, workshops, and summer camp at Bottlebrush, her art education space in St. Louis. Allison’s personal art explores hand-drawn, hand-painted illustrations with a focus on color, pattern, and design. Alongside designing her own stock of prints, zines, and other wares, she has contributed pieces to multiple gallery shows and illustrated anthologies. Outside of making and teaching art, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband Joseph and their cat; some of her favorite things include cooking, gardening, and exploring (whether that be in her hometown of St. Louis or further afield).
