Prior to joining The College School, Lauren served as the Outdoor Education Specialist at City Garden Montessori. A dedicated educator with over ten years of experience, she has taught children from pre-K through eighth grade.
Lauren is deeply passionate about helping children develop meaningful connections with nature. She believes in the importance of a reciprocal relationship between humans and the natural world—one rooted in respect and gratitude.
A strong advocate for social justice and educational equity, Lauren believes that schools should empower children to learn as their authentic selves and serve as inclusive spaces that honor diverse experiences and identities.
