Working at The College School

The College School engages children ages 3–14 in experiential curriculum that is both dynamic and reflective. From coding robots and analyzing ecosystems to conducting experiments in the woods and becoming investigative journalists in local neighborhoods, students do more than learn in a traditional classroom setting. They become collaborators, risk-takers, and problem-solvers who believe they can change the world. Our talented and caring faculty and staff are co-learners alongside our students, fostering an environment of challenge, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

The College School has led the way in Experiential Education in St. Louis for more than 60 years. We learn everywhere, from our main campus in Webster Groves and our 28-acre outdoor campus in Pacific to our local neighborhoods and across the country to destinations like New Orleans, the Appalachian Mountains and beyond.

From small class sizes, engaged students, two-beautiful campuses, professional development and personal growth opportunities, chef-made lunches, tuition remission, an innovative and forward-thinking environment, and more — there are so many reasons to explore working at The College School.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of our team. Please see below for current employment opportunities.
