Sarah began teaching at The College School in 2011 and brings a passion for language and logic, for creativity and adventure. Her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Missouri Columbia’s School of Journalism and her Master of Arts in Teaching serve her well as she works with our Eighth Grade Language Arts class. Along with her language arts background, Sarah also brings a wealth of outdoor education experience to The College School and has worked in a variety of outdoor ed environments, including backpacking in Utah and paddling in Minnesota. Sarah is passionate about the environment and in her free time, enjoys recreating in the great outdoors, especially when she can share that space and love with her kiddos, Mae and Reid.
