Applications

You can apply to The College School by submitting your application electronically or mailing in a hard copy. Below are the links to submit electronically or print a hard copy for each grade level.

For Preschool-Kindergarten:

• Submit an electronic Preschool-Kindergarten application.
• Print a hard copy of the Preschool-Kindergarten application.

For First-Fifth Grade:

• Submit an electronic First-Fifth Grade application.
• Print a hard copy of the First-Fifth grade application.

For Middle School:
